The location of this hotel is a major highlight. Just a short walk from West Hampstead station, it makes getting around London easy. The room had a cozy vibe, perfect for a home away from home. I appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. there were some downsides. Check-in instructions weren't clear, which caused some confusion. I also noticed a lack of heating during my stay, which affected my comfort level. A couple of extra pillows would have really made a difference too. while I enjoyed the stay, clearer communication and a few amenities could improve the experience significantly.

My Deluxe Single Room was a bit run down and didn’t feel deluxe. there was no heating, which could be a real issue in cooler weather. I had to go hunting for check-in instructions since they weren't provided upfront, and the exterior of the building doesn't really resemble a classic hotel vibe. The lack of extra pillows on the bed added to the overall discomfort, but I didn’t inquire about getting more.

Exceptional service and great location
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere. The location was a gem, just a short stroll from West Hampstead station, which made exploring so easy. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Just wish check-in details were clearer ahead of time!

I had an enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and contained a private bathroom, which was quite helpful. I appreciated the free WiFi access throughout the property. Carrying my kettle around made it easy to enjoy tea whenever I wanted. The location was great, with lots of options for food and sightseeing nearby. As someone from Australia, this vibrant atmosphere felt welcoming.
I noticed the check-in instructions could have been clearer. There seemed to be a lack of extra pillows in the room, which would have been nice.
